Avi Halachmi (:avih) ba7f4d69af mouse shortcuts: allow same functions as kb shortcuts ...

Previously mouse shortcuts supported only ttywrite.

This required adding an "Arg" function ttysend - which does what the
original mouse shortcuts did.
